We had an incredible weekend for the LJJA Team Lovato at the IBJJF Houston Open. There were competitors from so many different affiliates that came together & supported one another. With 21 competitors we were able to leave with 20 medals: 7 gold, 7 silver, & 6 bronze! Here are the individual results from the weekend:

And our stand out for the Houston Open was Professor Ben Baxter of Performance Martial Arts Academy who took 2nd in the Black Belt Master 1 Super Heavy & came back to become the 2x Black Belt Master 1 Absolute Champion! Congratulations to him on this incredible performance as well as all our competitors who left everything on the mats & represented what Lovato Jiu Jitsu is all about! We would also like to give a shout out to Professor Jared Dopp of Lovato's BJJ & MMA as well as Professor Eddie Saenz from Kingdom Jiu Jitsu who coached our warriors the entire weekend.
